Veronica, aged 27 has Cerebral Palsy. Veronica is a wheelchair user and has speech loss. A Live-in Care Scheme began for Kate in October 1996 and cover has been continuous since that time. Kate lives in Kent. client profile Nora, aged 50 has MS. In the Summer of 1998 it became impossible for Nora to live in her bungalow on her own as she required help throughout the day and night. Able Community Care provided a Live-in Carer package for her which has continued for the last five years.
