Able Community Care provides Live-in Care Services and has been a specialist provider of this service since 1980.
For over 35 years we have been providing our Live-in Care Service in very rural areas, villages, towns and cities across England, Scotland, Wales, Jersey and Guernsey providing a true alternative to moving into a residential care home.
Each year our Care Assessors travel thousands of miles throughout the country to meet with people and their families who wish to exercise the choice of staying in their own home. Our knowledgeable Care Assessors will meet with you and your family to find out how you wish to be cared for, to explain how having a Live-in Care Service will provide:

Also for the last 35 years Able Community Care been providing short term Respite Live-in Care Services throughout the same areas.
Able Community Care has also provided Live-in Care Services in Europe, both on a long term basis and through our Holiday Companion Service.
The Holiday Companion Service has also provided support to older and disabled people who wish to travel to further intentional destinations.
A completed Service User Form must be completed and received before any Initial Care Assessment Visit can take place.
